The decision to start counseling is not an easy task. Finding out who to talk to and trust can seem like a large hurdle that keeps many people from working on what troubles them. Fortunately, there are many counselors available with different fees and various approaches, and many will offer a free phone consultation to test the waters and answer questions, myself included. If you find that you are feeling consistently unhappy, that there seem to be more bad times than good, or if life just doesn’t seem right, perhaps meeting with a counselor could help.
Throughout my experience, I have worked with individuals, families, and couples who struggle with issues ranging from depression and anxiety to bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I’ve gained experience with working for Renew Counseling Center and Red Rock BHS for the past 10 years.
I currently see clients at The Grove, where I hold my private practice, and at Access to Counseling where I am able to bill Medicaid insurance. Please feel free to contact me to set up a time for a free phone consultation.
